All orders for UK Mainland delivery are free of charge.
We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, which is usually within 3 working days of placing your order unless you have chosen Next Day Delivery at checkout.
All orders placed after 16:00 Monday to Thursday will be processed the following morning.
Orders placed after 16:00 Friday will be processed from 8:00 Monday.
Our nationwide delivery partners consist of DPD, DHL, FedEx, Royal Mail & Evri. The contents and size of your parcel(s) determines which carrier is used.
So that we can offer a faster delivery service, we may on occasion, ship your order direct from a manufacturer using their chosen courier.
Delivery dates are promises given in good faith by the Company to indicate estimated delivery times but shall not amount to any contractual obligation to delivery at the time stated. No liability for direct consequential loss or damage arising from delay in delivery will be accepted by the Company.
